If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 working days for an exchange or refund.

If orders are placed by 14:00 (2pm) (Monday - Friday) they will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. All orders require a signature upon delivery and tracking numbers will be provided via email once they have been entered into our system. We will use either RoyalMail or Parcelforce for all UK deliveries and TNT Express for all International deliveries.
