We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. This includes, address, contact numbers nor email addresses. Credit & Debit card details are processed through SagePay, PayPal and Elevon Merchant Bank.

When trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, aftershave, or deodorant which could either leave a scent or marks on the item(s).
All goods must be returned unworn, brand new and with all original packaging and labels attached. Please note that if these conditions are not met we will not be able to process your return(s).
Return of Item(s)
Please contact us on either firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07960 054278. Please state your Order ID, Item(s) you wish to return and we will authorisation a returns number.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AND REFUNDED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
If for any reason you wish to send your item(s) back to us, please return within 14 working days for an exchange or refund from the day you received your package.
For the purpose of your security please use a registered method of postage e.g. Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded delivery, so that there’s a signature on receipt. Please retain a proof of postage in case your returned item(s) get lost in transit. We aim to process any refunds and exchanges within 3 working days. Please note that all refunds will exclude the cost of postage unless we have sent you the wrong item or it’s faulty.
If you wish to return your item(s) back to us please do so within 14 working days for an exchange or refund from the day you received your package. Please use a registered method of postage for your own security and that will require a signature on receipt. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded no shipping costs will be reimbursed, unless we have sent out the wrong item(s) or it’s faulty, if that is the case we will reimburse for all shipping costs incurred.
